Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dan-O's Crunchy Seasoning
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts in water, rinsed, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain extra liquid
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • crackers or bread for dipping

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayo, and Dan-O's Crunchy then stir in the artichokes and spinach.
  3. Pour into a samll, greased baking dish.
  4. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until it's bubbling and lightly browned.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers or bread.
