Ingredients

  • Dan-O’s Outlaw Spicy BBQ
  • Dan-O’s Dips Ranch
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce (plus more for topping)
  • Bacon pieces
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • ⅓ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 15oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Gruyère cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Handful of chopped cilantro

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grab a large sheet pan.
  2. Season the chicken generously with Dan-O's Outlaw Spicy BBQ Seasoning and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the shredded chicken with your favorite barbecue sauce until every bite is coated in sweet, smoky goodness.
  4. Spread a generous layer of tortilla chips across the sheet pan, making sure every chip has a chance to get loaded.
  5. Top the chips with the BBQ chicken, diced onion, pineapple, black beans, shredded cheese, and crispy bacon. Don't worry about making it perfect—the best nachos are a little wild.
  6. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbling.
  7. While the nachos bake, whisk together the sour cream, milk, and 1 tablespoon of Dan-O's Dips Ranch until smooth and drizzle-ready.
  8. Remove the nachos from the oven and finish them with a generous drizzle of the ranch sauce and an extra swirl of barbecue sauce. Sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top for a bright, fresh finish.
  9. Serve them right on the sheet pan and let everyone dig in. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
