Ingredients
½ packet of Dan-O’s Dips Ranch
1 (16–20 oz) package fresh tortellini
6–8 cups leftover seafood or crab boil liquid
Preparation Instructions
Heat the Boil: Pour your leftover seafood or crab boil liquid into a pot and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat.
Cook the Tortellini: Add the fresh tortellini directly into the boiling seafood liquid. Once the pot returns to a boil, cook for 3–5 minutes. Tortellini will puff up when they’re ready
Strain the tortellini and transfer them to a bowl or serving dish.
Season Generously: While the tortellini are still hot, sprinkle in the Dan-O’s Dips Ranch and gently toss or shake until evenly coated
