Preparation Instructions
For Marinade:
Prep Tenderloin: Poke holes in the tenderloin with a fork to help the marinade penetrate.
Marinade: Place the tenderloin in a freezer bag. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and Dan-O's Crunchy. Seal the bag and work the marinade into the meat.
Refrigerate: Let the tenderloin marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
To Cook:
Preheat Grill: Remove the tenderloin from the freezer bag and place it on a grill preheated to high heat.
Grill Tenderloin: Cook the tenderloin, flipping every 3-4 minutes to achieve an even sear. Dust with Dan-O's Preem-O after each flip.
Check Temperature: Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
Rest Meat: Once the tenderloin reaches 145ºF, remove it from the grill and let it rest.
For Sauce:
Mix Sauce: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, raw horseradish, Dan-O's Crunchy, and Dan-O's Chipotle. Mix thoroughly.
To Serve:
Slice and Serve: Slice the tenderloin into pieces and serve with the horseradish sauce. Enjoy!
