Ingredients

  • Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet Caribbean
  • 1-2 packages of lil smokies (depends on how big your crockpot is)
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Grab a small slow cooker and add the little smokies, including the entire can of pineapple chunks with the juice. That pineapple juice is the secret to the sweet, tropical sauce!
  2. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of Dan-O's Outlaw Sweet Caribbean Seasoning and stir everything together until the smokies are evenly coated.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 1½ hours, giving everything a quick stir halfway through if you're nearby.
  4. Once the sauce is hot, glossy, and full of sweet Caribbean flavor, switch the slow cooker to Warm so they're ready whenever your guests are.
