If you love crispy wings and bold ranch flavor, this one is about to be your new go-to. We’re building flavor in layers, starting with a homemade ranch vinaigrette marinade using Dan-O’s Dips Ranch, then roasting low and slow for that perfect crispy skin. The best part? This marinade idea came from making a vinaigrette for pasta salad, and it was so good that we turned it into a wing marinade. That’s how flavor innovation happens right there. Perfect for game day, backyard hangs, or anytime you want wings that hit restaurant-level flavor at home. And if you’re a flats fan…you already know.
Ingredients
Ranch Vinaigrette Marinade
1 packet Dan-O’s Dips Ranch
1 cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup olive oil
½ cup water
2 tbsp honey
Chicken
1 packet Dan-O’s Dips Ranch
Dan-O’s Outlaw Blackened Bloody Mary
3 lb Chicken wings
Preparation Instructions
Marinate the Wings: In a bowl, add Dan-O’s Dip Ranch, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, water, and honey. Whisk until fully combined. Add chicken wings to the marinade and submerge fully. Cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
Make the Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine Dan-O’s Dip Ranch and Dan-O’s Outlaw Blackened Bloody Mary. Mix Well
Season the Wings: Remove the wings from the marinade. Season each wing on all sides (top, bottom, and edges) with the seasoning.
Oven Roast: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the wings in a single layer on an oven-safe rack set over a baking sheet (or on a lined baking tray). Roast for 1 hour and 10 minutes, then flip the wings and rotate the pan. Continue roasting for about 20 minutes more, or until the wings are crisp and fully cooked. Remove from the oven and rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the wings hot. For dipping, prepare Dan-O’s Dips Ranch by simply using the ranch packet, buttermilk and mayo. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
