Love lasagna but hate making it? Then you’ve hit pay dirt with this one pot lasagna soup! This tastes just like a normal lasagna with the savory flair from the Bolognese sauce to the rich creaminess of the ricotta mixture. Dan-O’s balances the experience with 3 of our signature blends: Original adds some savory flair, while Spicy adds a little kick to tickle your tastebuds, and Cheesoning gives you a taste of Italy with Southern rustication! What makes this recipe so great is that you only need one pot, which makes for a quick clean up and tidy work space. If you’ve got a bunch of things to do, then a little work on the front of this recipe gives you a lot of hands off time to get what you need done. Another great part about one pot lasagna soup is that it makes a big batch! If you’ve got a big family, or just like meal prepping then this is a great choice. And if you’re going to whip some lasagna soup, then do yourself a favor and make some of Dan’s pull apart garlic bread to go with it! Now that’s some Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
Awesome recipe, so good!
I absolutely love this recipe! The only thing I did different is I did the broken lasagna noodles in boiling chicken stock, and then rinsed them with cold water, to keep them aldente. I know it’s basically a “ sin” to treat pasta like that!😂 But it keeps the pasta firm after reheating.
