Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Welcome back to another Dantastic recipe with these crispy roasted potatoes! These are a Dan simple way to make some perfectly crisp taters with just the right amount of heat and sharp parmesan. These crispy roasted potatoes are sure to impress, and they’ll take little effort on your part. A great side item to impress your date, or just friends and family. We love them as an great addition to any grill meal but we love them with some steak like our coffee cured filet mignon and our spicy tomato cucumber salad. What are you waiting for?   • 4 russet potatoes
  • ¼ cup salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning
  • Olive oil, coat

Preparation Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and slice into equal sized pieces
  2. Add salt and baking soda to a pot of boiling water
  3. Add potatoes to water and boil for about 15 minutes or until soft
  4. Remove and add potatoes to a large bowl
  5. Coat potatoes with Dan-O’s Cheesoning, Dan-O’s Spicy, and olive oil, toss
  6. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees
  7. In an cast iron skillet, add olive oil and potatoes
  8. Put back in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
  9. Enjoy!
