For an extra twist, try using Dan-O’s Spicy for a hint of heat or Dan-O’s Cheesoning to add some cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning
  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, peeled and halved
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Trim off the end of the sprout and peel off any wilted or damaged outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts, then cut each one in half.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in a bowl and drizzle them with olive oil, then sprinkle a generous amount of Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning on top. Toss everything together to make sure each sprout is well-coated, then arrange them cut-side down on a baking sheet or pan.
  4. Pop the baking sheet into the oven at 350°F and bake for 30 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  5. Pull them out, let ‘em cool for a moment, and dive into these Dantastic crunchy Brussels sprouts!
