Ingredients
1 green cabbage
4 tbsp olive oil
Dan-O’s Hot Chipotle Seasoning
2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
- On a cutting board cut the stems off the cabbage head and cut the cabbage in half, then in half again. You should have four discs of cabbage that are about ¾ inch to 1 inch thick.
- Place them on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper, allowing some space between each one.
- Brush with olive oil, coating them thoroughly. Then generously sprinkle the Dan-O’s seasoning on the cabbage.
- Flip over and repeat with oil and seasoning. Then add a pinch of red pepper flakes to each one. Bake cabbage at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, until leaves are browned and the center is tender. Serve hot and enjoy.
