Ingredients

  • 1 Dan-O’s Tac-O Seasoning Packet- Mild
  • 1 lb ground beef, turkey, or chicken
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 8oz can of tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of elbow noodles
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 can of Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Preparation Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook until it's nicely browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease, then stir in a packet of Dan-O’s Tac-O Seasoning Packet - Mild.
  2. Pour in the undrained can of Ro-Tel, followed by the broth, milk, and tomato sauce. Give everything a good stir and crank the heat up to medium-high until the mixture starts to simmer.
  3. Stir in the noodles, reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let everything cook for 10–15 minutes. Give it a stir every few minutes so the pasta cooks evenly and nothing sticks to the bottom.
  4. Once the noodles are tender, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it's completely melted into a creamy, cheesy sauce.
  5. Spoon it into bowls and serve it hot! Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
