Ingredients
- Dan-O’s Preem-O Seasoning
- Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ
- 1 tbsp dill relish
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 1⁄2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 taco-size flour tortillas
- 4 slices of American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 4 slices of dill pickle
Preparation Instructions
- Whip up the burger sauce by stirring together the relish, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl. Set it aside—you'll want plenty for drizzling later.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with Dan-O's Preem-O Seasoning. Mix just until combined, then divide into 6 equal portions and roll into balls.
- Place a tortilla on a clean work surface and press one beef ball into a thin, even layer that covers nearly the entire tortilla. The thinner the smash, the crispier the edges!
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the tortilla meat-side down into the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes, letting the beef develop an irresistible crust.
- Flip the tortilla, top the burger with a slice of cheese, and cook for another 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Top each taco with shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and a generous drizzle of the burger sauce. Fold, take a big bite, and enjoy the best of burgers and tacos in one Dan-Good meal. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
