This Layered Taco Dip is everything I love about Dan-O’s Seasoning which is big flavor, simple steps, and real ingredients. You’ve got seasoned taco meat, a creamy Mexi Ranch layer, fresh veggies, and plenty of cheese stacked up in every bite. Ingredients
- 1 packet Dan-O’s Dips Mexi-Ranch
- 1–2 tbsp Dan-O’s Tac-O Seasoning
- 1 tsp Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning
- 1 tsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
- 1 lb ground meat
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1–2 tomatoes, diced
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips
Preparation Instructions
- Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks, until fully browned.
- Drain the meat or blot off any extra grease with paper towels.
- Sprinkle Dan-O’s Tac-O, Chipotle, and Chili Lime over the meat and stir until evenly coated.
- Add the black beans and cook for 1–2 minutes, just until warmed through.
- Spread the seasoned meat and beans in the bottom of a 13×9-inch dish.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream and Dan-O’s Dips Mexi Ranch until smooth and fully combined.
- Spoon and spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the meat and beans.
- Layer on the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, black olives, and shredded cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips, and Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
