Toss in a pack of ramen noodles, a little leftover birria meat, fresh onion, cilantro, and another sprinkle of Dan-O's Tac-O Seasoning Packet - Birria, and you've got a quick, comforting bowl that's loaded with flavor in just a few minutes. This might be one of my favorite ways to stretch one meal into two. It's simple, hearty, and absolutely DAN-O-MYTE!
Ingredients
- ¼ packet Dan-O’s Tac-O Seasoning Packet – Birria
- 2 cups leftover birria broth
- ½ cup leftover birria meat, shredded
- 1 package instant ramen noodles, seasoning packet discarded
- 2 tablespoons white onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1–2 tablespoons shredded cheese
Preparation Instructions
- Heat the Broth: Pour the leftover birria broth into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat.
- Add the Flavor: Stir in the diced onion and cilantro.
- Cook the Ramen: Discard the ramen seasoning packet, then add the noodles and leftover birria meat to the broth.
- Season and Simmer: Stir in about ¼ packet of Dan-O's Tac-O Seasoning Packet - Birria. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
- Add the Cheese and Serve: Top with the shredded cheese and let it melt. Serve hot. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
