This Creamy Cajun Alfredo Ramen is one of the easiest noodle hacks you’ll ever make, my friends. Toss that salty ramen packet, melt in a Kraft Singles cheese slice, and hit it with Dan-O’s Cajun Seasoning for real Cajun flavor with herbs, spices, and a little tangy kick from the sumac. The cheese and reserved noodle water turn into a creamy Alfredo-style sauce, and the Dan-O’s brings the bold flavor. Three ingredients, big flavor, and Dan-Good in every bite.
Cook the Ramen: Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove the seasoning packet from the ramen and discard it. Add the ramen noodles to the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
Drain the Noodles: Drain most of the water from the ramen, reserving 2–3 tbsp of the cooking water in the pan with the noodles.
Add the Cheese: Add the Kraft Singles cheese slice on top of the hot noodles. Fold the noodles over the cheese and let it melt for about 30 seconds, until it turns creamy and Alfredo-style.
Season the Ramen: Sprinkle generously with Dan-O’s Cajun Seasoning. Stir or fold the noodles until the seasoning is mixed in and the sauce is creamy.
