Flavors Used:

Ingredients

  • Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Dips Ranch
  • 1/2 tsp Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning (optional)
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Tomato slices
  • Fresh spinach
  • 2-4 slices of Gouda cheese
  • 2-4 brioche buns
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Let’s Make It!

  1. Start by seasoning those chicken thighs generously with Dan-O’s Original Seasoning.
  2. Hit the bacon with a sprinkle of Dan-O’s Ranch seasoning and cook it in a skillet until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain, then cover to keep warm.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together mayo, milk, Dan-O’s Chipotle, and Dan-O’s Dips Ranch. Start with 1 tablespoon of milk and add more until you get that perfect drizzle consistency. Taste and add extra ranch seasoning if you want even more flavor.
  4. Cook the chicken thighs in a skillet until they reach 165°F internal temperature. During the last minute of cooking, top with cheese and let it melt down nice and gooey.
  5. Toast your burger buns until golden, if desired.
  6. Now stack it up:

    • Bottom bun

    • Chicken thighs

    • Crispy ranch bacon

    • Tomato slice

    • Spinach leaves

    • Chipotle ranch sauce

    • Top bun
