Gouda cheese slices
1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 egg
½ cup Parsley, finely chopped

Preparation Instructions
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, 3 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak, and chopped parsley. Get it combined, but don’t overwork it!
Form into patties and press a small dent in the center with your thumb—keeps ‘em cooking nice and even.
Cook in a skillet or on the grill for about 3 minutes per side, or until they hit 165°F inside.
In the last minute of cooking, throw on your cheese and let it melt all nice and gooey.
Mix mayonnaise with 2 tbsp of Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak to make a bold, creamy spread.
