  • 6-8 jalapeños
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning
  • Toothpicks

Preparation Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F, or prepare your grill.
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and use a spoon to gently scrape out the ribs and seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, Mexican cheese, and a generous sprinkle of the Dan-O’s Crunchy.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, ensuring it's well-filled.
  5. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a strip of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
  6. On the grill, cook the poppers for 10-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden.
  7. If using an oven, bake them for approximately 20 minutes, or until you achieve the desired crispiness of the bacon.
