This Dan-O’s Dump and Bake Buffalo Chicken Dip, created by Cassie Istook (@cassistook), is a Dantastic blend of bold flavors and creamy textures that's sure to be a hit at any gathering. The heart of this dish lies in its main ingredients: the creamy richness of cream cheese, the savory depth of shredded chicken, and the spicy kick of buffalo sauce. These elements come together to create a dip that's both indulgent and comforting.


  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 teaspoons Spicy Dan-O's Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh chives (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips (for serving)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, Dan-O's Seasoning, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix everything together until it's well combined and creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes, remove the dip from the oven and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Place it back in the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chives.
  9. Serve the deliciously Dan-O-mite Buffalo Chicken Dip with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
