Nothing fishy about this savory crunchy Salmon. This recipe will give you perfectly flaky, tender salmon every time. The honey and mustard gives a subtle sweet tangy flavor while binding on the Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning to give it that crunchy crust. Now there’s a lot you cod do with this recipe, like pan frying or grilling but we like to keep it simple and just bake the salmon to perfection. When it’s fin-ished you’ll sea what all the hype about this salmon is.
You may be wondering why we’re using Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning. It might not seem like it works but it’s really some of the best seasonings for fish. The Crunch seasoning gives this fish a salty, savory, rich, and delicious taste with a solid crunch factor to its flaky tenderness.

Dan-o, did you put score marks across the top? If looks like it in the pic but no mention of it in the instructions. Thanks
This very simple recipe is packed with flavor!
I thought it might be good, but this salmon was outstanding.
A 17 minute cook time …including prep.
I’ll be getting my omega 3’s in from now on.
Thank you, Dan!
I put it on everything. Want to make some Salmon and wondered what Dani’s would be good on it.
I fired up my Z-Grill Pellet smoker to 350 and seasoned the outside of 2 baked potatoes with olive oil and Chipotle seasoning and put in the smoker…After an hour i prepared 1lb of Salmon Filets with Olive Oil and Dan-O’s SEA-soning added them to the smoker for 15 to 20 minutes…they turned out DAN-tastic…
Do you leave the skin on to bake?
I don’t know about Dan but I always do. Whether it’s in the oven, grill or skillet. It comes off real easy once it’s cooked. This recipe with the crunchy is pretty Dan good!
I like taking the skin off so I can season all sides for more flavor.
I have all of the Dan-O seasonings. I bought some salmon to make tonight and this is the recipe I am using.
Made this tonight for dinner and it was great!! Love Dan-o’s seasonings!!
