Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts with Hot Honey Dipping Sauce

Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts:

  • 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 ½ cups Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp. Dan-O’s Cheesoning
  • 4 tbsp. Olive Oil

Hot Honey Dipping Sauce:

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Hot Sauce, or to taste

Preparation Instructions

Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. Place the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts on a nonstick baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with Dan-O Cheesoning. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they are almost fork-tender.
  4. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a plate.
  5. Add the remaining olive oil to the baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
  6. Form tablespoon-sized dollops of grated Parmesan on the baking sheet. Top each with a Brussels sprout half.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the Parmesan turns golden and crispy.
  8. Let the sprouts cool on the pan for 5 minutes before removing them with a flat spatula.
  9. Serve warm.

Hot Honey Dipping Sauce:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce. Mix well.
  2. Serve the sauce alongside the crispy Parmesan Brussels sprouts.
