Ingredients
Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts:
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 ½ cups Grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp. Dan-O’s Cheesoning
- 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
Hot Honey Dipping Sauce:
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. Hot Sauce, or to taste
Preparation Instructions
Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts:
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- Place the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts on a nonstick baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with Dan-O Cheesoning. Toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they are almost fork-tender.
- Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a plate.
- Add the remaining olive oil to the baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
- Form tablespoon-sized dollops of grated Parmesan on the baking sheet. Top each with a Brussels sprout half.
- Return to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the Parmesan turns golden and crispy.
- Let the sprouts cool on the pan for 5 minutes before removing them with a flat spatula.
- Serve warm.
Hot Honey Dipping Sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce. Mix well.
- Serve the sauce alongside the crispy Parmesan Brussels sprouts.
