Each bite is a Dantastic fusion of savory and sweet, complemented by the creamy textures of sour cream and guacamole. The crunch of the tortilla, the melt-in-your-mouth cheese, and the hearty duo of rice and beans makes this dish a must have this holiday season.

Preparation Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Place the chicken in a mixing bowl and generously season with Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning to taste.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add your choice of oil (olive or avocado oil recommended).
  4. Cook the cubed chicken in the pan until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, start assembling your taco. Lay a tortilla on a plate and layer it with rice, beans, the chipotle mango salsa, cooked chicken, guacamole, and cheese.
