Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Cajun Seasoning
  • 16 oz. Salmon filet
  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard

Preparation Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon: Place the salmon fillet skin-side up on a rack situated over a deep baking dish. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Carefully pour the boiling water over the salmon skin to help loosen it. Once the skin is loosened, grab the edge of the salmon and gently peel away the skin.
  2. Once the skin is removed, cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Place the salmon chunks in a bowl. Add the spicy brown mustard. Toss the salmon until all pieces are evenly coated with the mustard.
  4. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of Dan-O’s Cajun over the coated salmon. Mix well to ensure an even coating of the seasoning.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  6. Lay the seasoned salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and serve immediately.
