Description
Twice-baked with Dan-O’s makes the filling really flavorful. Easy to make and you can customize it with all sorts of toppings like bacon and green onions.
Ingredients
- Large potato
- 1/2 tbs Dan-O’s seasoning
- 1/2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs sour cream
- Shredded cheese
- 2 tbs milk
- 1/4 tsp oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Wash potato and poke with a fork
- Rub potato skin with oil (this makes it crispy)
- Bake for 45 mins
- Remove from oven, cut open and scrape out filling
- Mix filling with butter, milk, sour cream, Dan-O’s, and shredded cheese
- Fill empty potato skin with filling
- Bake another 15 mins
- Top with more cheese and optional toppings
