What is Aioli?
Aioli is an emulsion of oil, egg yolks, lemon juice, and often mashed garlic. Though similar to the way Mayo is prepared, Aioli has a much stronger flavor and is actually older than Mayo. Aioli can fit a variety of roles from being used as a dip, sauce, or even just as a garnish to something.
Ingredients
- Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning
- Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning
- Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
- Mayonnaise
- Sour Cream
- White Pepper
- Paprika
- Curry Powder
Preparation Instructions
- In 3 separate small bowls, mix equal parts mayonnaise and sour cream.
- In one bowl, add curry powder with Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning, the next white pepper with Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning and finally Paprika with Dan-O’s Original Seasoning.
- Mix together, and serve with whatever you desire.
