- Salmon Fillet
- 3 tbsp of mayo
- ½ tsp of Dill
- ½ tsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of mustard
- Dan-O’s Hot Chipotle
- In a bowl mix mayo and mustard. Sprinkle in some dill, add a splash of lemon juice, and pop in a generous portion of Dan-O’s Hot Chipotle.
- Coat salmon in Dan-O’s Hot Chipotle.
- Smoke salmon at 275 degrees for 1 to 1.5 hours.
