Pan Fried Tilapia Recipe

Tasty fish that you can pair with some veggies and a side for a quick dinner. I added steamed broccoli and rice as sides, but any side you like will work, or you could even make it a sandwich!


  • Tilapia filet
  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Panko and/or breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Prep Time

5 Mins

Cook Time

10 Mins


  1. Preheat a skillet to medium with olive oil
  2. Mix panko and/or breadcrumbs with Dan-O’s in a shallow bowl
  3. Dry tilapia with paper towel
  4. Place tilapia in bowl of panko mix and coat well
  5. Fry in pan for about 3 mins each side
