Description
Tasty fish that you can pair with some veggies and a side for a quick dinner. I added steamed broccoli and rice as sides, but any side you like will work, or you could even make it a sandwich!
Ingredients
- Tilapia filet
- 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Panko and/or breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet to medium with olive oil
- Mix panko and/or breadcrumbs with Dan-O’s in a shallow bowl
- Dry tilapia with paper towel
- Place tilapia in bowl of panko mix and coat well
- Fry in pan for about 3 mins each side
