How to Make Margarita Chicken
Some Dan-Good Margarita Chicken
If you are looking for a Dan-Good, easy-to-make meal, look no further than this margarita chicken. All it takes is a few simple ingredients and you will have a Dan-O-Myte meal.
Make Sure to Plan Ahead
For the best results, marinate your chicken overnight, but if you are in a pinch you can let marinate for about 4-6 hours. To some, using margarita mix may sound weird, but it’s what makes this meal. It also pairs great with Dan-O’s Hot Chipotle. You get all of the ends of the spectrum spicy, sweet, and sour. Trust us when we say it’s Dan-Good.
Prepare your plate with some rice, black beans, pico, and jalapeno to bring everything together.

Instructions
- Butterfly the chicken and hit it with a meat tenderizer. Put chicken in a large zip lock bag and squeeze limes into the bag. Pour in the margarita mix. Marinate the chicken for at least 4 hours, but for the most flavor, marinate it overnight.
- Coat one side of the chicken in hot chipotle dan-os. Saute the chicken in a pan on one side for a minute or two and before flipping, coat the other side in spicy Dan-O’s. Once cooked, cover and set aside.
- Dress your plate by putting the rice first then top with black beans. Place the chicken on the beans and top with some pico de gallo and a jalapeno. Now you’re ready to enjoy your margarita chicken!
