There’s just something about lobster tail that is exciting, fresh, and fun. And of course, it makes you feel fancy! The red snapper offers a subtle fish flavor that is not too overpowering, which means it’s a prime candidate to get an upgrade from Dan-O’s Seasoning. And while lobster tail can be a little intimidating, we’ll show you how easy it can be with our Grilled Lobster Tail and Red Snapper Recipe.

In this recipe video, we’ll also show you how to make your own herb butter using Spicy Dan-O’s Seasoning and lemon juice. This savory and citrusy combination mixed with our special blend of herbs and spices is Dan-O-Myte! Having this on hand will allow you to baste your lobster tail and red snapper while you grill, keeping them moist and adding extra flavor.

Ingredients

Grilled Bobster Tail Recipe

  • 2 Lobster Tails
  • 1 Stick of butter
  • Spicy Dan-O’s
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Grilled Red Snapper Recipe

  • (2) large pieces of Red Fish
  • Spicy Dan-O’s
  • 1 Stick of butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation Instructions

Grilled Lobster Tail Recipe:

  1. Before cooking, prep your lobster tail by cracking the shell at the bottom and cutting open the top to reveal the meat. Pull the meat through and let sit on top of the shell of the lobster. Place on a heated grill, bottom side down.
  2. Place your stick of butter in a pan and place on grill to melt. Once melted, remove from grill and add about 2 tbsp of lemon juice and a healthy amount of Spicy Dan-O’s and mix well.
  3. Brush butter mixture onto the top of the lobster while it is on the grill and continue cooking to an internal temperature of 140 degrees. Remove from grill and enjoy!

Grilled Red Snapper Recipe:

  1. Place fish on a plate and lightly cover with Spicy Dan-O’s. Move to a heated grill and place meat side down.
  2. Place your stick of butter in a pan and place on grill to melt. Once melted, remove from grill and add about 2 tbsp of lemon juice and a healthy amount of Spicy Dan-O’s and mix well.
  3. Brush butter mixture onto the top of the fish while it is on the grill and continue cooking to an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Remove from grill and enjoy!
