Yassou, everyone! Welcome back to another Dan-O-Myte recipe with this Greek salad in a jar. With Spring finally here, and Summer well on the way, you’re going to want to spend less time in the kitchen and more time in the sun. That’s where this Greek salad in a jar comes in! This is a great meal prep because you can make several ahead of time, and have a nutritious and flavor packed salad in a flash. The perfect blend of crunchy red onion, and cucumber with bright cherry tomatoes, salty kalamata olives, and savory Dan-O’s Original greek dressing are sure to satisfy your taste buds.

  • 1 jar Kalamata Olives
  • ½ jar Giardiniera
  • Small carton cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Cooked Chicken Breasts

  • 1 Red Onion (diced)
  • 1 head of Garlic
  • Feta cheese

  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ½ cup White Vinegar
  • ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
