These mozzarella bites are cheesy, flavorful, and just plain Dan-Good!
- Mozzarella cheese balls
- 3 tbsp Dan-O’s Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs, beaten with a fork
- 1/8 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- Roll the cheese in the flour, then the egg wash.
- Transfer to different bowl with Dan-O’s and breadcrumbs evenly mixed.
- Repeat until all pieces are coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Drop each piece of cheese in until golden brown.
- Pat dry on a paper towel and serve.
