- 8 chicken tenderloins
- Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
- 8oz bag of Flamin’ Hot Nacho Doritos
- 4 eggs
- flour
- milk

Instructions
- Start by seasoning your chicken tenderloins with your favorite seasoning, I prefer Dan-O’s original.
- Grind an entire 8oz bag of Flamin’ Hot Nacho Doritos until crumbly.
- In a separate bowl beat 4 eggs with a slash of flour and add a couple splashes of water or milk.
- One at a time, dip each tenderloin into the egg mix and let them drip for at least 6 seconds.
- Transfer to the crumbled hot Doritos mix and coat thoroughly.
- Set aside on a plate or pan and start preheating some high smoke point oil to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Fry 3-4 minutes until the thickest strip reads 165 Fahrenheit on an instant read thermometer.
- Transfer to a paper towel lined tray and let them cool. Enjoy!
