How to Make Easy and Juicy Brisket
Yeehaw! Saddle up and fire up the smokers we’ve got the easiest and juiciest beef brisket to make today the Dan-good way. This isn’t your average beef brisket recipe, this is a simple way to get the best Dan results every time. Simply get your smoker up to heat, cover both sides with Dan-O’s Chipotle then spray with some apple cider vinegar before smoking for about 4.5 hours. Braise it in a cup of beef broth before wrapping it all up snug as a bug in a rug with some aluminum foil before finishing it back in the smoker for an hour. We’ve made this easy and juicy beef brisket multiple times, and we’ve gotten the perfect results each time. Try it out for yourself, and tell us what you think!
Ingredients
- Dan-O’s Chipotle
- 12-14 lb brisket
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of beef broth

Instructions
- Get smoker up to a varying heat of 325 to 350 degrees
- Take brisket and cover both sides in Dan-O’s Chipotle
- Place brisket in smoker and pour or spray apple cider vinegar over top of it
- Let smoke for 4.5 hours. Then by using a meat thermometer check the internal temperature. The meat needs to reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees
- Once done set on a large sheet of aluminum foil
- Braise it in a cup of beef broth
- Wrap up brisket in the aluminum foil and set in a aluminum foil cooking pan and put it back in the smoker for another hour (the internal temperature should reach around 205 to 207 degrees)
- Use a large plastic container like a cooler and allow the meat to sit for one hour

Either way sir, I can use the other flavors of Danos to do a brisket ??? Besides chipotle ?
Half of cooking is experimenting, a recipe is a mere suggestion. Go fourth and use whatever flavor of Dan-O’s you deem fit for the job
