What are coconut aminos?
Coconut Aminos is a soy-free seasoning that’s derived from organic coconut blossom nectar, apple cider vinegar, and sea salt. Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup salt
- 1 tsp Coconut aminos
- Dan-O’s Crunchy

Instructions
- Make the brine:
- Add water and salt to a pot mix until salt is dissolved
- Add brine, coconut aminos, and chicken to a gallon freezer bag, refrigerate for 1 hour
- Remove chicken from bag and coat one side with Dan-O’s Crunchy
- Preheat cast iron skillet to a medium heat, add vegetable oil
- When hot add chicken season side down
- Coat other side with Dan-O’s Crunchy and sear for 2 minutes both sides
- Remove the skillet from the stove and add to a 300 F oven for about 25-35 minutes, or until 165 fahrenheit internal temperature.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve. Enjoy!
