Just a Shortcut to Save You Some Time!
This recipe also has a bit of a shortcut. In this recipe, we call for some store-bought spicy mayo. Alternatively, you can actually make your own spicy Mayo out of mayonnaise, hot sauce, and some Spicy Dan-O’s Seasoning. This might actually save you even more money if you already have the ingredients at home.
- 1lb of salmon filets, cubed
- 2 cups cooked rice
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Dan-O’s Chipotle
- Spicy mayo, to taste
- Take cubed salmon and mix it with the salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, and Dan-O’s in a bowl.
- Air fry for 10 minutes at 400°F, stirring occasionally
- Place the cooked rice in a bowl and top with salmon and the spicy mayo. Now Enjoy!
