Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • Dan-O’s Chipotle
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • ⅓ cup of mayo
  • 3 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese

15 Mins

Cook Time

30 Mins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash and cut the stem off the cauliflower so it lays flat. Boil water in a large pot. Add cauliflower and boil with the lid on for 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients for the sauce. Cover cauliflower with the sauce.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
