Description

Meat ring? Not sure what to call this, but it’s yummy seasoned meat inside dough. Good for a snack or a meal! I made a small version, but you can double the ingredients and make a bigger one, just bake it a little longer. (like 20-25 mins)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 Onion diced (optional)
  • 3 tbsp Dan-O’s seasoning (spicy or original)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Can Crescent rolls
  • 1 Egg white
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour Cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375
  2. Layout crescent roll triangles on a pizza stone in a star shape, making a circle (see photo)
  3. Brown beef and onions in skillet, drain fat
  4. Add water and Dan-O’s and mix well
  5. Cook another 5 minutes
  6. Mix in a large handful of shredded cheese
  7. Scoop beef into a circle on your crescent rolls
  8. Fold over the tops of the crescent rolls
  9. Brush with egg white
  10. Sprinkle with cheese
  11. Bake 10-15 mins until golden brown
  12. Cut and serve with sour cream to dip
