Description
Meat ring? Not sure what to call this, but it’s yummy seasoned meat inside dough. Good for a snack or a meal! I made a small version, but you can double the ingredients and make a bigger one, just bake it a little longer. (like 20-25 mins)
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 Onion diced (optional)
- 3 tbsp Dan-O’s seasoning (spicy or original)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Can Crescent rolls
- 1 Egg white
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour Cream (optional)

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375
- Layout crescent roll triangles on a pizza stone in a star shape, making a circle (see photo)
- Brown beef and onions in skillet, drain fat
- Add water and Dan-O’s and mix well
- Cook another 5 minutes
- Mix in a large handful of shredded cheese
- Scoop beef into a circle on your crescent rolls
- Fold over the tops of the crescent rolls
- Brush with egg white
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Bake 10-15 mins until golden brown
- Cut and serve with sour cream to dip
