  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • Dan-O’s Original
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Black Beans
  • 1 large Tomato (diced)
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 Avocado
  • ¼ red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup Buttermilk Ranch

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or grilled over medium-high heat
  2. Coat your chicken breasts with Dan-O’s Original
  3. In a skillet or grill, cook chicken until 165 internal about 15-18 minutes
  4. Towards the end of cooking,coat with your favorite BBQ sauce
  5. While the chicken cooks, heat another skillet or pan over medium-high heat
  6. Throw your corn and some butter on skillet, and cook until slightly browned and tender
  7. Strain black beans and rinse
  8. Chop romaine lettuce and line the bottom of you salad bowl or plate
  9. Add sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, sliced onion, corn, sliced egg, black beans, and bleu cheese
  10. Add sliced chicken breasts and drizzle with buttermilk ranch.
  11. Enjoy!
