The evening will offer an exclusive Dan-O’s inspired menu from our friends at Highland Morning. From 4 PM till 10 PM, You’ll be able to get a taste of Dan-O’s latest seasoning with two exclusive menu items for this event: Dan-O’s Everything Chicken Wrap and Dan-O’s Everything Biscuit Sandwich. The Everything Chicken Wrap features Romaine lettuce tossed in a homemade Dan-O’s ranch dressing with applewood smoked bacon, tomato, oven-roasted Everything Bagel-seasoned chicken breast, and cheddar jack cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla for $8.99. While the Everything Biscuit Sandwich offers a fried egg with hot ham and swiss served on a fluffy house-made buttermilk biscuit baked with Dan-O’s Crunchy seasoning with locally sourced strawberry preserves and applewood bacon for $7.49.

There was a strong demand in the marketplace for the kind of authentic, hand-crafted, fresh recipes that customers love to eat, but seldom cook for themselves. Encouraged by the enthusiasm of friends and other fellow self-proclaimed breakfast of champions – and armed with an intense love of good food,
The founders teamed up with a talented staff. Then, they got to work on the careful trial-and-error process that involved hundreds of recipes and scores of tasters who all helped to form our Louisville proud independent restaurant.
