Dan Oliver, the founder of Dan-O’s Seasoning, was recently featured on WAVE 3 NEWS, this segment focused on his beginnings, his social media success, and his involvement in the restaurant community. Dan has been working with Jared Matthews, his previous employer on Dan-O’s menus for all of Jared’s restaurant locations. Dan and Jared met to film this segment at the Lou Lou’s restaurant in Louisville, KY.

As many of its followers know, the Dan-O’s Seasoning blends were created by Dan Oliver on bone-in-skin on chicken several years back. Soon after, he started serving that chicken at a bar he worked at where it became a hit. From there, Dan started packaging his products, hit the ground running, and never looked back.
