Louisville, KY – Dan-O’s, alongside Pap’s Beef Jerky, brought big southwestern flavor and charm when they threw a launch party for their most recent collaboration: Dan-O’s Chipotle Jerky. The launch party occurred on May 25th at 3rd Turn Brewing OldHam Gardens and went from 6 PM till 10 PM. The night featured food, drink, live music, and fun!
The event featured 3rd Turn Brewing’s Bar and the Backside Grill’s kitchen serving up Dan-O’s specials all night long. The kitchen dished out Smoked Dan-O’s Chicken Wings with a custom Dan-O’s ranch dip, while the bar served up the Dan-O’s Got Your Goat Cocktail. The Got Your Goat is a bright spring drink with Billy Goat Strut Bourbon, Housemade Dan-O’s Strawberry Chipotle Syrup, and lemon-lime soda garnished with a lemon. The perfect drink for a warm fun night! No evening would be complete without live music, and the launch party featured the musical styling of Elton Joe d’Amato.
The first 500 guests to the event received a bag of the new Dan-O’s Chipotle Jerky, and they quickly ran out. Despite the weather, the event featured a massive turnout in support of the two brands. Dan-O’s own Dan Oliver, along with Pap’s John Good, spent the evening mingling with guests sharing stories and laughs. A gentle reminder of the comradery that can form between different groups when they share a similar interest.
