Last month, Dan-O’s Seasoning was featured at the Hands and Voices Leadership Conference in Franklin, Tennessee. The company was one of the contributors to the annual event co-hosted by its Kentucky and Tennessee chapters.
Hands and Voices is a non-profit that offers support and advocacy for the families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Along with some medical professionals, the organization is made of parents of children that are deaf or hard of hearing and focuses on screening, identification, early intervention in children and those transitioning from high school.
The event took place in Tennesee this year and, there was about 200 attendees total. The event organizers from the Kentucky Chapter aimed to include a few select Kentucky items to include in their conference bags that showcase the best of the Bluegrass State.
To cover the Kentucky items for the conference bags, Dan-O’s answered the call and donated a bottle of its original seasoning blend for each attendee. So, each guest was able to bring a bottle of Kentucky proud flavor home with them, as well as a few other items showcasing the state’s history and beauty.
