Ingredients
- ½ packet Dan-O’s Dips Dill
- 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced into thin pieces
- 4 cans tuna, drained
- ½ jar dill pickle slices, diced
- 3 green onions, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Preparation Instructions
- Toast the French Bread: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Slice the French bread into thin pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until crisp and lightly golden.
- Prepare the Tuna: Drain the tuna and add it to a large mixing bowl. Break up the large chunks slightly, keeping some texture.
- Dice the Vegetables: Dice the dill pickles, green onions, celery, and red bell pepper. Add all of the diced vegetables to the bowl with the tuna.
- Mix the Tuna Dip: Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Dan-O’s Dill Dip Seasoning, and Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Mix until everything is fully combined and creamy.
- Assemble the Crostini: Arrange the toasted bread slices on a serving tray. Spoon the tuna dip onto each crostini, serve it up, and Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
