1 tbsp Dan-O’s Dips Ranch
1/2 lb ground sausage
4 everything bagels - sliced in half
4 eggs
2 big tomatoes - sliced thick
4 oz Cream cheese
½ an avocado
1/2 cup mayo
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
2- 4 tbsp butter, halved into thinner slices

Let’s Make It!

Start by making the creamy ranch drizzle. In a blender (or a bowl if you're mixing by hand), combine the avocado, mayonnaise, buttermilk, and 1 tablespoon of Dan-O's Dips Ranch. Blend until smooth and pourable. If it's too thick, add a splash more buttermilk until it's perfect for drizzling. Set it aside.
Slice your bagels in half. You can use both halves or just the seasoned top halves if you're feeling extra.
Divide the ground sausage into golf ball-sized portions.
Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat and melt about ½ tablespoon of butter. Place the bagel half, seasoning-side down, into the butter to toast.
