Ingredients
- 2¼ cups Dan-O’s Cajun
- ¼ cup Dan-O’s SEA-soning
- 1 lb King Crab
- ½ lb jumbo shrimp
- 2 ears corn, cut in half
- 1 smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 eggs
- 4 potatoes, cut into quarters
- 2 lbs butter blend
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lemon, cut in half
Preparation Instructions
- Prepare the Dan-O’s Seafood Sauce: In a large pot, combine the diced onion, minced garlic, Dan-O’s Cajun, Dan-O’s SEA-soning, and butter blend. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent and the flavors are well combined, about 5-7 minutes. Set to the side.
