Ingredients
Dan-O’s Preem-O Seasoning
Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
1 Turkey breast Tenderloin
Cooking oil
Gravy:
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Dips French Onion
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
Preparation Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Generously season the turkey tenderloin with Dan-O's Original and Dan-O's Preem-O. Don't be shy—this is where the flavor magic happens.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp cooking oil, and sear the tenderloin on all sides until beautifully golden brown, a couple of minutes per side.
Transfer the turkey to a baking sheet, put it in the oven, and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep all those delicious juices where they belong.
French Onion Gravy: Grab a small skillet or saucepan and melt the butter over medium heat.
While whisking, sprinkle in the flour one tablespoon at a time. Keep that whisk moving to create a smooth roux with no lumps.
Slowly pour in the stock, about 1 cup at a time, whisking constantly as you go. This keeps the gravy silky smooth and lets you control the thickness.
Add in the Dan-O’s Dips French Onion and continue stirring over medium heat until the gravy thickens to your liking. If it gets a little too thick, just splash in more broth and keep whisking. Give it a taste and season with more Dan-O’s Dips French Onion as needed.
Serve: Slice the turkey tenderloin and pile it next to a generous helping of mashed potatoes or your favorite side. Drizzle everything with that homemade gravy. Dig in and enjoy a comfort food classic that's Dantastic! Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
