Ingredients
3 tbsp Dan-O’s Original
2 1/2 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak
1 lb Ground beef
1 small yellow onion, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, for garnish (optional)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2-4 burger buns
1/2 cup mayo
2-4 thin slices of provolone cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
Preparation Instructions
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and the Dan-O’s Original Seasoning. Form into burger patties.
Cook the burgers on a skillet or grill until they hit your perfect doneness. Right at the end, top with cheese and let it get nice and melty.
While the burgers cook, melt butter in a skillet and toss in the sliced onions and peppers. Cook until soft, buttery, and caramelized, then sprinkle with Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak halfway through for that extra flavor bomb.
Mix mayo with 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak to make a creamy burger sauce.
Build your burger by topping the patty with a pile of cooked peppers and onions, a nice thick layer of the mayo, and then Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
