Flavors Used:

We’re taking ramen up a notch with tender langostino, broccoli, and a bold, flavor-packed broth. Gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar build the base, while Dan-O’s Outlaw Korean Pop BBQ brings sweet, savory, garlicky Korean-inspired BBQ flavor and big umami. Everything comes together in one pot for an easy bowl of ramen that’s absolutely Dan-Good!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Korean Pop BBQ
  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1 heaping tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 drop sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp mirin
  • 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 ramen noodle blocks
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 lb langostino
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Preparation Instructions

  1. Make the Broth: Add the chicken stock, gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, rice wine vinegar, and Dan-O’s Outlaw Korean Pop BBQ to a pot. Stir until combined and bring the broth to a boil.
  2. Add the Ramen: Once the broth is boiling, add the ramen noodles and cook for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the Broccoli: Add the broccoli and continue cooking with the ramen. At about the 2-minute mark, add the langostino.
  4. Add the Langostino: Add the langostino and continue cooking until heated through and the ramen has cooked for about 5 minutes total.
  5. Finish and Serve: Remove from the heat and top with sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy that sweet, savory Korean-inspired BBQ broth. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
