Ingredients

  • 1- 2 tsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Korean Pop BBQ
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley
  • Juice of ¼ lemon
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Butterfly the lobster tails by holding each tail with a kitchen towel and gently squeezing the underside to crack the shell. Using kitchen shears, cut straight down the center of the top shell, stopping just before the tail fin. Carefully pull the lobster meat up through the opening, removing the waste sack if needed, then rest the meat right on top of the shell.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dan-O's Outlaw Korean Pop BBQ Seasoning, and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat, making sure every bite gets coated with flavor.
  5. Place the lobster tails in the prepared baking dish and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140–145°F. Be careful not to overcook.
  6. Transfer the lobster tails to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with the remaining Korean BBQ butter for dipping and plenty of fresh lemon wedges. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
