This Dantastic®Garlic bread recipe combines the tanginess of sourdough with the rich flavors of Asiago cheese, fresh parsley, and a kick of jalapenos with Dan-O’s Jalapeno Cheesoning®. This bread is perfect for parties, game days, or pair it with your favorite soup or salad. This bread is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons Dan-O’s Jalapeno Cheesoning®
1 Sourdough loaf
4 oz Asiago cheese, shredded
1 cup parsley, finely chopped (only the leaves)
1 stick butter, melted (Kerrygold unsalted)
5 cloves garlic, minced (adjust to taste)
Preparation Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut the sourdough loaf in half lengthwise.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Dan-O’s Jalapeno Cheesoning®. Mix well.
Add the shredded Asiago cheese to the mixture and stir until combined.
Spread the mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
Sprinkle generously with Dan-O’s Jalapeno Cheesoning®.
Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve. Enjoy!
